Welcome to my website. I know that making the decision to find someone to help you at your time in need is not an easy one and finding the right person for YOU is vitally important.
As a therapist and wellbeing coach I specialise in helping adults and children to combat stress and anxiety in everyday life. I have seen a marked increase in cases of mental ill health, due in some part to a better awareness of the subject and in many ways the pandemic events of 2020/21.
I have experience supporting private clients as well as working alongside the Police Firearms Officers Association, where I coach and support the welfare of first responders and their families. I am also proud to have been a Governor for Wellbeing & Safeguarding at a well known independent school in my hometown.
I work alongside Mark Jermin Management and Stage School where I am providing their students with the tools to navigate the performance industry helping with confidence building and general wellbeing of their young performers.
I have a real passion for overall mental wellbeing, relaxation and active mindfulness.
Alongside one to one coaching sessions I also run retreats, classes and workshops.
My sessions are a balance of ME helping YOU and YOU helping YOURSELF. I don’t want you to become dependent upon me, I pride myself on equipping YOU with enough skills that you are fully in control an that you can incorporate these techniques into your everyday life. This way, you will always be able to deal with anything that may arise in the future.
