COACHING SESSIONS

We all have times in our lives where we could do with a helping hand. The stresses and strains of daily life take a toll on our health and wellbeing and we realise that we cannot achieve our goals alone.

Working as a therapist and confidence coach I am very direct in my approach to show you tips and techniques that you can use in your own time and build upon. We will work on dissolving stress and anxiety, building confidence and understanding your own self care and wellbeing. Sessions with me are practical and fun and I will make sure that you leave feeling equipped with all you need. My client’s say they leave the session feeling empowered and happy and most often I hear that they are clear headed for the first time in ages.

Often only one session is needed but sometimes clients like to book a block and use them over a 6 month period. This is good if you are working towards a specific goal as we will analyse any obstacles standing in the way of success, boost creativity, confidence and increase excitement as you work your way towards your chosen goal.

So, if you are at that point where you just seem stuck, can’t quite get things done or you have a specific issue you would like help with don’t hesitate to get in contact with me. I do not offer a counselling session, I will not ask you to discuss anything you do not wish to,   

One To One Coaching

These sessions are for adults, teenagers and children.

The beauty of a One to One Coaching Session is that it really is all about YOU!  

These sessions are relaxed and I want you to feel comfortable and trust that you are in a safe place where we can work together. Please allow 60-90 minutes for these sessions. If you require more than one session this is offered at a discounted price but this is not a requirement as the aim of this session is to put YOU back in control. During the session we will find out the best way to help you and I will show you techniques that you can use in your own time whenever you need them.

Full instructions will be sent to you prior to the session so that you know exactly how to access the session. You do not need to be advanced at using technology, I will help you.

Trauma, Stress and Anxiety, Relaxation, Confidence Building, School Absence/Stress/Bullying, Mindfulness, Meditation, Restful Sleep, Brain Fog, Motivation, Fears, Phobias, Corporate Stress & Development and more …

If I am working with a child I will often ask for the parent to be in the room and to join the session at the beginning and to then sit quietly once we start working. For older children and teenagers this is something we will discuss when you book. Having support for you or your child is invaluable and I aim to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible.

In Person Coaching

Whilst I am fully online, I will if availability allows, see clients face to face if they feel this is the preferred option. Please note that these appointments get booked up very quickly as there are only a certain amount available per month.

This is open to all clients from the age of 8 and above.

Sessions will need to be booked in advance and where possible lateral flow tests taken before the session for all who attend.

There are limited spaces for this so please do book in with good notice.
