Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
Simply call or send me an email detailing what you would like help with. It could be that you need a one to one session so that you have my undivided attention for up to 90 minutes or it could be that you would benefit from joining a group session that is running at the time. We will discuss what you need together and work out the best option for you.
WHAT THERAPIES DO YOU USE?
I use a mixture of NLP and energy therapies that I think work best for the individual. What works for one person might not for another, I like to use different therapies and combine them so that the client can pick and choose which works best for them. I never use a therapy that cannot be used by you at home. My sessions are all about helping YOU to get back in CONTROL so I will teach you how to use various therapies at home therefore, having more than one is very useful.
Are we compatible to work together?
I always chat with my clients on the telephone or by email before their session. This is free and it is simply a way for us to get to know each other and it is mutually beneficial for both of us. I will always be completely honest as to the best way I can help you. If I feel that you would be better suited with another colleague who specialises in a particular area I will recommend them to you. Please always feel free to pick up the phone or send me an email.
reviews
Please note that I stopped asking clients to leave reviews a number of years ago. I often see people who are struggling and wish to remain anonymous. I work on word of mouth and do not advertise and it is the greatest compliment to be recommended by a previous client. Alongside this I work closely with emergency services and children where I respect their confidentiality and do not feel it is morally right to ask them to comment on the work we have done together. I do however have lovely reviews on Instagram and this website from workshops I have run with Mark Jermin Stage School and they are happy for me to share. These messages were not requested and were offered voluntarily.
